Economic Development Strategy

Wheatland County recently decided to develop an economic development strategy for the County. Our firm provided a full economic development package, including conducting the socioeconomic background research, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and drafting the final strategy.

Feasibility Study

A central Alberta social services agency, Vantage Community Services, was considering expanding into a new business stream, developing an adult treatment facility. We helped the organization to explore the market and developed a feasibility study for their new venture.

Strategic Planning

The Edmonton Area Land Trust recently undertook strategy session with the board of directors, to develop plans for the next three years, and we were happy to facilitate the session as well as produce a strategy.

Corporate partnership development

A southern Alberta non-profit was interested in exploring partnerships with local businesses, as a way to diversify their funding sources. Our firm walked them through the corporate sponsorship process, and facilitated the development of a partnership strategy.

Community Grant Development

Peavey Mart, a retailer based in central Alberta was interested in helping to see community-based projects come to fruition, while also promoting urban agriculture via a grant program. Ingenuity worked with the firm to develop the grant guidelines, finding an operational partner, and developing the grant application.
